For you energy workers out there (and of course, you electricians), the concept of grounding should be familiar. Grounding is an important step in preparing for energy work and doing any kind of healing work, in fact. Grounding centers us and allows us to remain in “neutral” which in turn allows our intuitions the undistracted latitude they need to perform the energy, healing or spell casting task at hand.
Regardless of our belief systems, or our confidence in ourselves, we are first and foremost, children of the Earth. Staying in tune with Her help us to resonate with the energy we need to help others get into tune as well.
